Looks like Jurassic Park to me!
Just showed this to my son (who LOVES reptiles) and he said it is an Iquana. Not sure why he is in your neighborhood, but that is cool, in a creepy kind of way!

I think Florida is a perfect place for him. Don't you have crocodiles there?
