We took a hike in the Florida woodlands today.
Sleeping Turtle Preserve.
We have had lots of rain and everything is lush.
The river is full.
The alligators are basking on logs.
Dogs are relaxing in the dappled sunlight.
Humans are carrying dog poop through the forest.

I am looking out of my window watching the snow fall so seeing all that sunshine and green is just what I needed. Thanks for sharing!
I do have to say I don't envy you those alligators. Too scary.
It's hard to believe we are in the same country because there is so much snow & ice here compared to where you are....but no alligators!! Your hike seemed peaceful...xoxo AntiqueShopGirl
I can say that I have only been dreaming of when our area will look like these pictures! Lush is a good word....looking forward to it here. Not much to do till then!
