It was a good day. I made another pair of these.
The white lace mitts are in a tangle in my purse. One day I swear I will learn to knit lace. Just not one of 'these' days.

Those are wonderful!! My grandma tried to teach me to knit when I was young... just couldn't do it.
She is 96 and still knitting, though because she is also blind, does make a few more mistakes now, but who cares?!
She always made us slippers and mittens when we were young ... now I'm wishing I'd kept them.
